The food was incredible. The BBQ was to die for, the salads were abundant, and the potatoes were a heavenly combination of roast potato and chip. The kitchen really knows its way around a tuber.
Fake rocks around the pools? What a classy touch.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this incredible safari lodge. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail was impeccable, and we were constantly amazed at how they anticipated our needs - from always having a glass of wine ready for us to spoiling us with delicious meals and snacks throughout the day. The rooms may be slightly on the smaller side, but the outdoor space more than makes up for it. We highly recommend spending a night outside on the daybed for a truly unique experience. And let's not forget about our amazing ranger Micha! He was an absolute gem and made sure we were in the right place at the right time to witness some of the most breathtaking wildlife sightings. His sense of humor kept us entertained, and the little extras like enjoying a rangers special in stunning landscapes will forever be cherished memories. The lodge itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and excellent cleanliness. The game rides were fantastic, with knowledgeable guides who ensured we saw the Big Five and more. The food was also top-notch, with a variety of flavors to savor. we couldn't have asked for a better stay and we can't wait to return someday.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Our ranger Jan was excellent with a vast knowledge of the wildlife. Despite the bad weather, he managed to show us three lions and three leopards, ensuring we were in the best position to take incredible photos. The staff in the dining room were really nice and the selection of food was amazing. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable, even surprising us with a special cake and singing happy birthday. The room was private with a great view from the bed, overlooking the river bed where we could often see animals passing by.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Had an amazing time during our New Year's stay. the private villas with pool and viewing deck were fantastic. the food exceeded expectations for such a remote area. the game drives were the highlight of our trip, with our safari guide Lazarus being the best! His passion, humor, and tracking skills made the experience unforgettable.
Communication between rangers could have been better. Missed out on seeing a leopard kill due to lack of information sharing.
